Objectives:
The consortium formed by Meridiam, Zürich Airport and Eiffage SA showed interest in competing for the concession for the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. We were approached by the consortium to lend our technical expertise and support them in the two phases of the bid process. Our contribution to the bid entry included a technical evaluation of the existing infrastructure, a master plan and a terminal development concept accompanied by a capital expenditure program. We also delivered an environmental impact assessment with the support of a sub-consultant.
