We have been working at Frankfurt Airport since 2003.
2003-2004 space and functional program - Development Program Terminal 3 - The goal of this project was to develop a space and functional program implementing all relevant airport requirements while meeting the precondition of not exceeding 300.000m². (Opposed to originally designed 500.000m² required by the architectural competition's first phase).
In cooperation with “Foster and Partners” and “NACO”, a layout system consisting of different building models was developed for the given building site which has been the base for the second phase - the architectural competition. Afterwards adm continued to support the client through the entire period of the competition.
2004 area survey – Terminal 1+2, functional analysis and capacity review.
Ongoing since 2006, our airport project management team has been advising FRAPORT’s Real Estate and Facility Management department. Our team is supporting the FRAPORT development and extension program and specializes in several core areas, including airport planning, airport project management, strategy development and controlling. Specifically, adm consolidates quarterly reports, time schedules and cost analyses for over 400 building projects (subdivided into 7 programs). In addition, we provide visualizations for operations procedures and construction progress, conduct risk analyses and improve communication strategies for the Real Estate and Facility Management.
